Secure Communication Between Sessions
REVYV Clinik supports ongoing communication between counselors and clients outside of scheduled sessions. Counselors can send appointment confirmations, follow-up messages, care plan updates, assigned assessments, and shared resources through the platform. Clients can submit questions and support requests. Communication between authorized care professionals is also supported — enabling coordinated responses to changing client needs without relying on unstructured email or messaging outside the system.
All communication is documented as part of the client record, ensuring that the history of contact and shared materials is visible alongside session notes, care plans, and case status.
