Proactive Wellness Curriculum for Schools – Social-Emotional Learning and Future-Ready Skills, Grades 1–12

Wellness Curriculum

Inside the Wellness Curriculum

Most schools address student wellbeing reactively — when a problem surfaces, after the struggle has grown. REVYV Care takes the opposite approach. Our proactive wellness curriculum is built into the school week, not bolted on as an afterthought.

The curriculum spans two connected programmes: a structured Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Curriculum that follows students from Grade 1 through Grade 12, and a Future-Ready Student Program that equips older students with the practical skills, digital awareness, and personal leadership they need beyond the classroom. Together, they give every student — at every stage — a foundation that academic content alone cannot provide.

Programme 1

Social-Emotional Learning Curriculum

Building emotionally strong, future-ready students — from foundational self-awareness in early years to resilience, identity, and readiness for adult life by Grade 12. Each grade band is age-appropriate, sequenced, and school-deliverable without clinical resources.

Grades 1 – 4

Foundations of Self and Relationships

Students build the language of emotion — learning to name feelings, make safe choices, understand their body and mind, and form healthy friendships. The focus is on building a secure emotional base before complexity enters.

Grades 5 – 6

Navigating Growth and Influence

As students encounter peer pressure, social media, and the onset of adolescence, the curriculum addresses digital responsibility, body image, healthy boundaries, emotional regulation, and how to handle conflict without losing themselves.

Grades 7 – 8

Identity, Confidence, and Resilience

The focus shifts to assertiveness, self-worth, managing social anxiety, understanding the influence of media, and developing the growth mindset and decision-making skills needed to navigate increasingly complex social environments.

Grades 9 – 12

Independence, Purpose, and Readiness

Upper school students explore digital identity, academic resilience, masculinity and self-expression, goal planning, career readiness, and the emotional and practical skills needed to build an independent adult life with confidence.

Programme 2

Future-Ready Student Program

Academic attainment tells one part of a student's story. The Future-Ready Student Program covers the rest — personal wellness, digital safety, and life skills — structured across three tracks that prepare students for the world they are actually entering.

Personal Wellness

Students develop the personal habits and emotional tools that sustain wellbeing under pressure. The track covers time management, stress and anxiety, sleep, resilience, mindfulness, healthy habits, gratitude, and self-compassion — practical skills that support academic performance and long-term mental health.

Digital Safety

Students learn to navigate an increasingly complex digital environment with awareness and responsibility. The track covers safe online behaviour, cyberbullying, cybersecurity fundamentals, social media literacy, AI and deepfake awareness, digital footprint management, and responsible digital citizenship.

Life Skills Mastery

Students build the interpersonal and professional skills that determine real-world success. The track covers leadership, public speaking, self-confidence, communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence, decision-making, conflict resolution, professional presence, critical thinking, and personal goal discipline.

A Curriculum That Grows With Every Student

What sets the REVYV Care curriculum apart is continuity. A student who learns emotional awareness in Grade 2 builds on that foundation in Grade 6 when they encounter social media. By Grade 10, they have the self-knowledge, digital awareness, and life skills to face academic pressure, peer influence, and emerging adulthood without fragility.

The curriculum is structured to be delivered within the school without requiring specialist clinical staff for every session. It supports counselors rather than replacing them — freeing their time for the students who need direct intervention while every student benefits from proactive content.

REVYV Care delivers the curriculum as part of an integrated platform — alongside behavioral screening, counselor tools, and family engagement — so schools build proactive wellness as infrastructure, not a standalone add-on.
