Wellness and Skills Courses — proactive employee wellness content library in REVYV Workforce

Platform

Wellness & Skills Courses

The first pillar of REVYV Workforce is proactive wellness — a structured library of self-paced courses that build employee capacity before strain accumulates. Rather than waiting for employees to identify a problem and seek help, the course library puts relevant, practical content in front of them from the start of employment — covering emotional and social well-being, professional skills, and the specific workplace pressures most employees face at some point in their careers.

Courses can be deployed in three ways: assigned to the entire organization, made available for employees to explore self-directed, or targeted by a counselor to specific individuals as part of a care plan. Progress is tracked within each employee's profile — giving counselors visibility into engagement and giving organizations aggregate data on which areas are most actively used.

Course Assignment

How courses reach employees

The course library is not a passive catalogue that employees may or may not discover. REVYV Workforce provides three active assignment mechanisms that bring content to employees where they are:

Organization-WideHR or program administrators assign courses to the entire workforce — for wellness campaigns, onboarding, or skills development initiatives.
Self-DirectedEmployees browse and enroll in course content independently, at their own pace, based on their personal interests and needs.
Counselor-AssignedWhen an employee is in active counseling, their counselor can assign specific courses as part of the care plan — targeted to the goals they are working on together.
Department or Role-BasedAdministrators can target specific course sets to particular teams, departments, or role groups — aligning content with specific professional contexts.
Event-TriggeredCourses can be suggested or assigned in response to specific wellness events — a completed check-in, an assessment result, or a counselor recommendation.

Progress across all assigned and self-selected courses is tracked within the employee's profile. Counselors can see which content their clients are engaging with. Organizational leaders see aggregate adoption data by course category — without accessing individual engagement records.
